About Role
As a People and Organization Development Specialist, you will be responsible for maintaining, implementing, designing, and evaluating P&OD programs such as performance management and people development to enhance the organization's effectiveness.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain, implement, and plan for the continuous improvement of current HR processes
- Evaluate effectiveness of HR processes and initiatives
- Implement the performance management process for all employees
- Execute the job evaluation process to develop career development system and improve the compensation system
- Design and implement initiatives that enhance the overall employee experience, ensuring an engaging work environment
- Design managerial reports for implemented P&OD programs
- Form, maintain, and update training records for employees
- Periodically Update organization structure chart
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering, Management, or other related disciplines
- MBA or Master’s degree in human resources management is a plus
- 1 year of experience in HRD specialist role or other related fields
- Demonstrating knowledge about Human Resources, Organizational Behavior, and organization development theories
- Familiarity with developing organizational strategies, processes, policies, and procedures
- Familiarity with process management and modeling
- Proficiency with MS Office tools, Especially MS Excel
- Familiarity with BI tools is a plus
- Strong critical and analytical thinking skills
- Business and financial acumen
- Strong teamwork skills and flexibility
