About Role
As a People and Organization Development Specialist, you will be responsible for maintaining, implementing, designing, and evaluating P&OD programs such as performance management and people development to enhance the organization's effectiveness.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain, implement, and plan for the continuous improvement of current HR processes
  • Evaluate effectiveness of HR processes and initiatives
  • Implement the performance management process for all employees
  • Execute the job evaluation process to develop career development system and improve the compensation system
  • Design and implement initiatives that enhance the overall employee experience, ensuring an engaging work environment
  • Design managerial reports for implemented P&OD programs
  • Form, maintain, and update training records for employees
  • Periodically Update organization structure chart

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering, Management, or other related disciplines
  • MBA or Master’s degree in human resources management is a plus
  • 1 year of experience in HRD specialist role or other related fields
  • Demonstrating knowledge about Human Resources, Organizational Behavior, and organization development theories
  • Familiarity with developing organizational strategies, processes, policies, and procedures
  • Familiarity with process management and modeling
  • Proficiency with MS Office tools, Especially MS Excel
  • Familiarity with BI tools is a plus
  • Strong critical and analytical thinking skills
  • Business and financial acumen
  • Strong teamwork skills and flexibility
