RF Engineer

Job Description

- Understand the carrier's internal architecture and service processes,
- Communicate with customers on the technical level,
- Provide professional sharing and technical guidance, present value, understanding MBB networks (2G/3G/4G/5G Opt) and thorough understanding of the KPIs used for assessing the Customer Experience.
- Understanding of different visualisation tools and providing guidelines for development of various performance dashboards.
- RF planning & optimization Technic management.
- Network performance KPI (3G/2G/4G/5G) monitoring and optimization for all key indicators such as Access, Retainability, Mobilty, Interference, MoS, Throughput and utilization.
- Volte optimization and troubleshooting.
- Area optimization and Top Worst Cells troubleshooting.
- Network configuration and RF parameters analysis, RAN design proposal to improve the radio network performance.

Requirements

- Technical capability, understanding network performance KPI (2G/3G/4G/5G) monitoring and optimization for Access, Retain-ability, Mobility, Interference, MoS, Throughput and utilisation;
- Network configuration and RF parameters analysis;
- Independently resolve RF technical issue, provide performance improvement solutions;
- Volte optimization and troubleshooting;
- Have Huawei equirement wireless optimization experience
- More than 3 years experience
