Role Overview:

We are looking for a Product Owner with an agile mindset to join our back-office team. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for fintech, strong organizational skills, and a collaborative approach to product management. As a Product Owner at Digipay, you’ll work closely with stakeholders, technical teams, and analysts to create and prioritize a product roadmap, ensuring the delivery of high-quality solutions that meet both business and user needs.

Key responsibilities:

Backlog management: prioritize and manage the product backlog, defining features that deliver value and are technically feasible for our development teams.

Requirement gathering and story writing: Collaborate with business lines and stakeholders to translate business needs into detailed requirements and user stories.

Stakeholder engagement: Serve as the main point of contact for cross-functional teams and communicate progress, updates, and potential challenges effectively.

Performance monitoring: track key product metrics and leverage insights to drive continuous product improvement.

Qualifications:

Education and Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or related fields. Minimum 2 years of experience in product management, ideally in a fintech or financial services role.

Technical knowledge: Knowledge of Agile frameworks (Scrum/Kanban) and experience with product management tools like Jira and Confluence.

Analytical skills: Strong problem-solving and data-driven decision-making abilities. Familiarity with financial products and their Backoffice processes.

User Focused: Driven to enhance user experience and create solutions that solve real problems and address real operational challenges.

Nice-To-Haves:

Technical understanding: basic knowledge of SQL, system integrations and APIs.
