We are currently seeking a meticulous and experienced procurement specialist to become an integral part of our dedicated team. This role is vital to the effective management of our sourcing and supply chain processes. You will collaborate closely with internal departments and external suppliers to ensure efficient coordination and timely delivery of high-quality ingredients that align with our commitment to excellence.

While this position does not primarily involve strategic decision-making, your expertise in procurement and attention to detail will be essential in facilitating smooth operations and supporting our mission to deliver exceptional products. Responsibilities:
Providing SOW of procurement
Prepare a budget plan for any defined project
AVL provision or shortlist preparing for any project, also receive any needed approvals from the board and related managers.
prepare bid document
full domination for tender issues and documents
conducting a technical evaluation for any bid or tenders
TBE preparing

,Also, we need the PM to have enough knowledge about trading consisting in import affairs or export terms and have wide experience in the food industry and be familiar with commercial affairs related to the food industry.

officialHe/She shall be aware of incoterms and custom rules and be familiar with the raw materials and ingredients used in the food industry. We are insisting that our chosen PM to have skills of negotiation and shall be dominant to PMBOK rules, He/She might have fluent English writing (officially and slang) and speaking capabilities. Her/His further skills in foreign languages may be appreciated.

There is a point for us in choosing higher educated and more emotional competence people rather than those who are not able to negotiate well
those who educated in state universities across Iran or graduated from approved international universities have already a plus within us!
