Product Owner

Key Responsibilities:

• Proficiency in Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and managing product backlogs.
• Expertise in creating and maintaining comprehensive project documentation.
• Define, prioritize, and refine User Stories and Backlogs to guide product development.
• Organize and lead product-related meetings, including stakeholder sessions and Scrum team interactions.
• Oversee product development phases, identify growth opportunities, and create a detailed roadmap and release plan.
• Establish strong communication channels between Design, Tech, and other teams to ensure effective collaboration.
• Develop and align OKRs with organizational goals, while consistently monitoring product KPIs.
• Present work breakdown structures, assign task weights, and set sprint goals.
• Familiarity with UI/UX concepts and Figma software.
• Solid understanding of the product development lifecycle and Agile processes.
• Experience creating wireframes, prototypes, storyboards, and user flows.
• Manage and continuously update backlogs to ensure alignment with project priorities.

Desired Skills and Experience:

• Proven experience in a Product Owner or Business Analyst (BA) role, preferably in a dynamic, Agile environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts in clear, simple terms.
