Responsibilities:
Conduct daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and sprint retrospectives.
Educate the team on Scrum principles and values, and assist the team in improving processes and working methods.
Identify and remove obstacles and issues that hinder the team's progress.
Facilitate communication between the development team, the product manager, and other stakeholders, and help keep the team focused on sprint goals.
Monitor work progress, provide regular reports to stakeholders, and use project management tools to track tasks and project progress.
Promote a culture of continuous improvement, encourage the team to experiment with new methods, and review and analyze team performance after each sprint.
Track Key Performance Indicators (KPI) and Objectives and Key Results (OKR).
Coordinate with the team to set and achieve short-term and long-term goals.
Use Kanban methods to manage tasks and workflow, and promote Agile principles within the team.
Prepare and present accurate and clear reports to the product manager and other stakeholders.
Document processes and team results to improve future workflows.
Ability to identify and creatively solve complex issues, manage and resolve conflicts within the team, and create harmony.
Requirements:
At least 1 to 3 years of experience as a Scrum Master.
Experience working in Agile environments and familiarity with Agile principles.
Familiarity with project management tools such as Jira and Trello.
Sufficient knowledge of software development and engineering practices.
Ability to use Kanban and Agile methodologies.
Ability to effectively communicate with teams and stakeholders.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to solve problems and manage conflicts.
Ability to lead and inspire the team.
Time management and task prioritization skills.
Holding relevant Scrum certifications such as (CSM) or (PSM) is a plus.
