Job Description

Responsibilities:
•    To assess candidates for recruitment using different HR selection tools or other Competency-based Interview Models and ensure each individual has the correct competencies and job requirements to meet Business requirements.
•    To use different sourcing channels including but not limited to social and nonsocial resources, Job Fairs, and collaboration with top-ranking universities to gather & collect appropriate CVs and submit them to relevant managers.
•    To update Talent Acquisition Database for Interviews, Job Requisitions, to produce accurate reports
•    Plan and execute interview and selection procedures, including screening, phone interviewing, in-person interviews, and reference checks.
•    Assist managers in evaluating applicant qualifications and selecting the most qualified candidates using our ATS.
•    To maintain a strong relationship with Talent Acquisition Manager and HRBPS to deliver HR plans regarding Talent Acquisition and liaise with Culture and Employer Branding team to execute all Employer Brand Projects.

Requirements:
•    Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources/Industrial Psychology or related disciplines is required. an MBA or MA in Human Resources Management would be an advantage.
•    Minimum of 1-2 years’ experience in HR; with demonstrated expertise in talent acquisition function.
•    Proficiency using MS Office with advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint 
•    Experienced in using different sourcing channels and assessing the productivity conversion rate, talent hunting ability, and finding qualified candidates for scarce skills.
