Responsibilities Sales & Business Development:
- Develop and execute a B2B sales strategy targeting key healthcare providers, institutions, and corporations.
- Build strong relationships with potential and existing clients, identifying their needs and presenting customized solutions.
- Manage the sales pipeline, negotiate contracts, and achieve ambitious sales targets.
Marketing & Lead Generation:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy to generate qualified leads and build brand awareness.
- Manage and optimize online marketing campaigns (e.g., PPC, social media) to drive traffic and conversions.
- Craft compelling content for various marketing channels, educating potential customers about the company's offerings.
- Collaborate with the design team to create visually appealing marketing materials.
RevOps & Growth:
- Implement and maintain a robust sales and marketing automation platform (e.g., CRM, marketing automation tool).
- Analyze marketing and sales data to identify trends, optimize campaigns, and improve lead generation and sales conversion rates.
- Develop and streamline sales and marketing processes to ensure operational efficiency and alignment across departments.

- Minimum 5 years of experience in B2B sales and marketing, with a proven track record of success
