Job Description

Mission:
Controlling, Recording And Reporting The CAPEX Inventories Of The Company Properly.
 
Roles & Responsibilities:
Identify Opportunities, Developing, Improving, And Maintaining MTNIrancell’s Inventory Management Policies, Processes, And Procedures Ensuring Compliance With GAAP Requirements And MTN Accounting Policies
Develop And Maintain An Effective Stock Report To Ensure Appropriate Inventory Balance Records To Support Financial Reporting And Regulatory Requirements
Develop And Maintain An Effective Process To Track All CAPEX Inventories
Supervise All Inventory Audits As Per Audit Findings And Request
Supervise Implementation Of All Inventory Systems Including Independent Systems In Other Divisions Or Contractor Warehouses
Compare All Inbounded Items To The Warehouses With Related Documents Such As Shipments, BOQ, Etc., And Reconcile Probable Discrepancies.
Control All Outbound Items From The Warehouse To Make Sure They Match Capitalization And Provide Related Reports To Clarify Probable Differences.
Extensive Negotiations With Other Divisions To Ensure They Meet Finance Requirements Related To Inventories
Risk Identification And Management Setting Standard Financial Controls And Audits Regarding Inventories
Supervise And Control Accounting Process Related To Strategic Spare Parts And Inventories
Provide Inventory Reports To Prepare Financial Statements
Liaise With And Reconcile Inventories With Respective User Departments
Track Inventory Additions Against Approvals And Manage To Provide Related Reports
Prepare And Present Ad Hoc Reports On Inventories And Its Related Issues
Ensure Compliance With Relevant Accounting Standards And Requirements By Making Comprehensive Documentation
Review The Current Procedure And Identify The Bottlenecks And Support To Implement Best Practices.
Collaborate With Internal And External Auditing Processes Related To Inventory And Provide Support During The Auditing Procedures
Identify Slow-Moving Inventories And Communicating With Relevant Departments To Suggest To Take Appropriate Actions Such As Write-Offs, Use Plans, Or Markdowns…
Asses And Supervise Inventory Related Risk And Recommend Mitigation Strategies.
Analyze Inventory Trends And Make Recommendations To Management To Optimize Inventory Levels And Reduce Stock Outs Or Overstocking
 
Education:
Bachelor Degree In Financial Management Or Accounting
A Professional Accounting Qualification (ACA, CPA, ACCA) Is An Advantage
 
Experience:
Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In The Area Of Specialization;
Experience Working In A Large Organization
Fixed Asset Accounting, Fixed Asset Tracking, And General Ledger Experience Is Desirable
