As a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Cafe Bazaar, you will:

  • Sourcing & Pipeline Building:  Proactively seek out exceptional candidates using innovative strategies, including social media, professional networks, employee referrals, and unique sourcing techniques. Focus on attracting diverse talent that reflects our commitment to DEI.
  • Candidate Engagement & Selection:  Foster meaningful connections with potential hires, activate passive candidates, and conduct thorough screenings to identify the best fit for each role. Design interview processes that are inclusive, objective, and efficient.
  • Collaboration & Strategy:  Partner closely with hiring managers and team members to understand specific needs and requirements. Help define long-term recruitment strategies and contribute to scaling up the business with a talent-first approach.
  • Data & Measurement:  Leverage data insights to analyze recruitment effectiveness and continuously refine your approach. Innovate new ways to improve conversion rates and ensure a positive candidate experience.
  • Community Building:  Represent Cafe Bazaar at career fairs, events, and online communities, forging lasting relationships with potential hires and contributing to the tech talent ecosystem.
  • Continuous Learning:  Stay abreast of industry trends, recruitment best practices, and DEI initiatives. Actively seek feedback and embrace opportunities to learn and grow within the role.
