Senior Project Management Specialist (Commercial)

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand and document business needs and translate them into technical and functional requirements.
• Develop detailed business models to analyze performance trends, operational efficiency, and identify potential areas for process improvement.
• Conduct market and competitive analysis to support strategic planning and decision-making.
• Design and implement data-driven business solutions to optimize processes, products, and services.
• Work closely with technical teams to develop automated reporting solutions and dashboards.
• Act as the liaison between business and technical teams, ensuring alignment on goals and objectives.
• Prepare and deliver clear, concise presentations to senior management, conveying insights from data analysis and suggesting actionable recommendations.
• Analyze financial and operational data to create cost-benefit analyses and provide input on budgeting and forecasting.
• Lead meetings to elicit requirements, validate solutions, and ensure continuous alignment with business goals.

 
Requirements:

• Proficiency in data modeling, business process analysis and systems analysis.
• Ability to develop and perform queries on SQL is a plus.
• Familiarity with Python and its libraries is a plus.
• Knowledge of business intelligence software and CRM systems.
• Experience in creating detailed reports and executive summaries for management review.
