Job Description:

At Digikala, Within Our Q-commerce Business line, we place great importance on customer relationships and strive to provide exceptional service; Therefore, we are looking for a dedicated and personable Supermarket Specialist who can manage vendor accounts and focus on supermarkets outside Tehran. This individual will act as our main point of contact and provide the necessary services to them. The ideal candidate should have a passion for helping others, a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service, and strong negotiation skills.

Responsibilities:

·       Serve as the main point of contact for all matters related to supermarkets and address their concerns and needs.

·       Build and strengthen relationships with supermarket vendors to achieve long-term partnerships.

·       Maintain accurate records of vendors and track any contract updates and renewals.

·       Develop a deep understanding of our products, services, business metrics, and organizational goals to enhance sales and service delivery.

·       Provide comprehensive support to supermarkets in utilizing our services.

·       Conduct in-person visits to supermarkets outside Tehran every two weeks to assess their performance and address any related issues.

·       Report the progress of initiatives to internal and external stakeholders on a weekly and monthly basis.

·       Analyze and evaluate key performance indicators and business metrics in relation to supermarkets.

·       Negotiate and finalize agreements to maximize profits and improve services.

·       Identify improvement opportunities to meet sales targets and develop new business with existing vendors.

·       Forecast and track key account metrics and prepare reports on their status.

Requirements:

·       Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.

·       Familiarity with data analysis is preferred.

·       Strong communication and negotiation skills.

·       Flexibility and willingness to travel to various locations for supermarket visits.

·       A commitment to providing excellent customer service and establishing long-term relationships
