FTTX Last - Mile Deployment Manager (Vendor)

Roles & Responsibilities:
To develop comprehensive project plans for FTTx installation and last mile deployment vendors, encompassing detailed timelines, budgets, and resource management.
To oversee the execution of project plans to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery while maintaining adherence to established timelines, budget constraints, and quality standards.
To liaise with S&D teams to ensure alignment of sales targets, fostering collaboration and facilitating the achievement of financial goals in adherence to established SLAs
To collaborate with the after sales and support team to meet customer demands
To evaluate network planning proposals for new cities and residential complexes, conduct gap analysis to optimize coverage, and contribute to the development of 2nd FAT plans to enhance network availability and performance in existing cities
To follow with NWG/CPG to ensure timely delivery of FATs in cities/complexes
To facilitate periodic meetings with internal teams and external stakeholders to monitor project progress, identify potential challenges, and devise effective solutions to ensure project success.
To oversee field operations to ensure adherence to technical standards, protocols, and safety regulations, fostering a culture of quality and maintaining a safe working environment throughout project.
To perform site visits and inspections to assess project progress and quality of work, preferably in a regular period.
To identify technical issues that arise during deployment and develop effective solutions.
To prepare and present regular reports on project status, including milestones, challenges, and accomplishments.
To maintain comprehensive project documentation for future reference and compliance.
To implement quality control processes to minimize errors and enhance project processes.
To stay informed of any changes to regulations, laws, or industry standards that may have implications for project execution, ensuring compliance and adapting project plans as necessary to maintain alignment with legal requirements.
To acquire and maintain access to all FTTH-related portals and applications within MTNIrancell, such as OSS and admin panels. Monitor their performance and functionality, and proactively suggest improvements to enhance the user experience for the Last Mile Deployment team and other stakeholder.

Job Requirements:
A bachelor or master degree in telecommunications, electrical engineering, computer science, or a related field.
Advanced degrees or certifications in project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) can be advantageous.
At least 5 years of experience in the telecommunications field, specifically in projects related to FTTX and fiber optic networks.
Previous experience managing large-scale projects, including planning, execution, and oversight.
Familiarity with equipment and software related to fiber optic networks.
Experience in identifying and resolving technical and managerial issues in projects.
Experience leading technical teams and collaborating with various stakeholders.
Experience in managing time effectively and prioritizing tasks in complex projects.
