We are looking for two PMO Specialists to join our ITSM unit in the Security and Network division. The PMO Specialist will play a key role in managing high-level planning and control of program-related projects, ensuring proper documentation, and preparing comprehensive reports on project progress, resource usage, risks, and challenges. This role also involves close coordination with key stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of program objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain detailed program plans, including the baseline and Gantt chart.
- Prepare and deliver regular progress reports.
- Analyze resource utilization and generate performance reports.
- Define and implement policies and templates for program documentation.
- Ensure quality control and verification of all program documents.
- Manage the program’s Document Control Center (DCC).
- Provide management reports regarding the program’s status to program managers.
- Track and follow up on major program tasks with key internal and external stakeholders.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Statistics, or Mathematics.
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience.
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with team members and stakeholders.
- Excellent analytical abilities for problem-solving and decision-making.
- High level of executive capability and familiarity with organizational culture.
- Strong knowledge of PMBOK, particularly in project planning and control.
- Proficiency in project management tools, including Microsoft Project.
- Expertise in documentation tools like Microsoft Office.
- Familiarity with process design and control.
- Knowledge of IT infrastructure and services terminology like DevOps, Network & data center concept.
- At least 1 year of hands-on experience in IT project planning, control, or managing a Document Control center is plus.
