The Organizational Effectiveness Team Lead is responsible for leading and guiding teams engaged in various human resources domains, including HRIS (Human Resource Information Systems), People Analytics, performance management, and career development processes. This role requires a high level of strategic ability and leadership skills to improve processes and implement HR strategies that enhance the efficiency and positive impact of the organization.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and direct the HRIS and People Analytics teams to develop robust systems and effective data analysis that support HR decision-making.
- Develop and implement performance management and career development processes aligned with strategic organizational goals.
- Collaborate with other HR departments to ensure alignment of strategies and the integration of processes. Design and execute initiatives to enhance organizational effectiveness and sustain the achievement of human capital goals.
- Continuously improve HR systems and processes through systematic evaluation and feedback.
- Manage strategic projects and initiatives with a focus on promoting innovation and operational optimization.
Qualificaations
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Extensive experience in HRIS, People Analytics, or performance management.
- Leadership skills and the ability to motivate and guide teams towards common objectives.
- Ability to analyze data and a deep understanding of various HRIS and human capital analytics tools.
