Front-End Developer (React)

Our Front-end team at Mehrayan Alpha is looking for an experienced React/Web Developer who is proficient with React. The primary focus of the selected candidate would be on developing user interface components, implementing and executing workflows. You need to ensure the overall app is robust and be committed collaborative problem solving and quality of the products.
Responsibilities:
•    Collaborating NOT only with Frontend Engineers, but with the product manager, backend developers, and designers to provide the best User Experience.
•    Use software development best practices to write well-architected, readable, testable, and reusable code.
•    Contribute to a culture of technical excellence: apply best practices, and build for your future.
•    Actively participate in front-end technical discussions and projects, such as front-end team internal packages.
•    Optimizing components for maximum performance & compatibility with various platforms and mobile.
Requirements:
•    3+ years of experience in front-end and JavaScript development.
•    Expertise in React.js and its core principles, with a strong understanding of state management using Redux or Zsustand.
•    Experience with TypeScript.
•    Experience with SSR, especially Next.js.
•    Experience with responsive and mobile-first design.
•    Experience using version control systems (Git).
•    Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and asynchronous request handling.
•    Skilled in CSS and preprocessors like LESS, SASS, or utils like Tailwind.
•    Ability to work in an Agile (SCRUM) environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
•    Familiarity with test-driven development (TDD).
•    Familiarity with Monorepo pattern and similar patterns.
•    Familiarity with front-end build tools and task runners (Webpack, Grunt, Gulp, …).
•    Good understanding of progressive web applications (PWA, Service workers, …).
