What you’ll be doing

Lead multiple exciting projects while collaborating with the team on all levels of the product development process, from early needs discovery, to roadmapping, design and delivery.
Coach and mentor other product designers to maximize the potential of our design team.
Contribute hands-on to the design of delightful end-to-end flows that remove technical complexities and provide users with simple and elegant experiences.
Cultivate a healthy design process for the team, including establishing and maintaining a robust design system, and be a key contributor to product strategy.
Represent the design perspective in cross-functional meetings, advocating for our users and championing human-centric design thinking.
Influences and interprets the product vision to drive strategic execution of design through their team
Actively participates in key initiatives to help shape and guide solutions
Promotes team’s design work to drive alignment across the other teams
Proactively looks for and solves high-level issues and opportunities
You are willing to get hands-on, partnering closely with other designers and/or engineering teams
What we’re looking for

You have 6+ years of product design experience, including for B2C and B2B
You have 2+ years of experience leading, coaching and mentoring product designers
You have Experience with delivering 0-1 products from concept stages to launch and beyond
You have Strong understanding of design principles, user experience design, user research and development
You have Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
You have Experience with design team development methodologies and tools
You are comfortable working closely with product managers, engineering leads, user research teams to ship products
You are a leader with practical design chops you don’t mind dusting off from time-to-time. You’ve shipped many consumer products over the years, and understand what it takes to build awesome product experiences.
You have a keen eye for detail and can give effective direction and feedback to designers on the team
