Job Description

As the ECRM Specialist at Snapp Kitchen, you will be responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing our customer retention and engagement strategies across Push, SMS, Web Push, and other direct communication channels. Your role will focus on deepening customer loyalty, driving repeat purchases, and maximizing customer lifetime value by delivering targeted, data-driven campaigns that resonate with our audience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Designing, implementing, and managing ECRM campaigns across SMS, Push (Web/App), Email, and other channels to nurture customer relationships and drive engagement.
  • Utilizing customer data to segment audiences and create personalized experiences, optimizing for engagement and conversion.
  • Tracking and analyzing campaign performance metrics to refine strategies, improve open and conversion rates, and ensure campaigns align with overall marketing goals.
  • Working closely with content, design, and marketing teams to align ECRM efforts with brand messaging and broader campaigns.

Requirements

  • +2 years of experience in ECRM, email marketing, or customer engagement, with a proven track record of successful campaign execution.
  • Proficiency with ECRM platforms (such as WebEngage, Insider, and InTrack) and experience with analytics tools.
  • Strong understanding of customer segmentation, A/B testing, and ECRM best practices.
  • Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to problem-solving.
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and communicate effectively with different teams.
  • Adaptability to a fast-paced environment and evolving customer preferences.
