Job Description:
· Responsible for A-Z of the product ie: all stages from order placement till receiving products in stock
· Placing very detailed foreign orders with suppliers & closely monitoring the progress of these orders
· Finalising SABTE SEFARESH procedures
· Preparing and submitting documents required for customs clearance (bill of laiding, packing list, sabte sefaresh, takhsis arz, certificate of origin)
· Registration on EPL
· Full familiarity with Samaneh Jameh Tejarat
Required Skills :
• Min 3 years experience in the field of Import
• Fluent in English
• Very high level of accuracy due to the detailed nature of the work
• Ability to work under pressure and manage work through prioritizing.
