Job Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Specialist to join Digikala’s B2B team. This role involves developing and maintaining strong relationships with vendors, identifying new business opportunities, and driving sales growth through effective collaboration with vendors.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and Maintain Relationships: Build and foster strong relationships with vendors to ensure long-term collaboration.

  • Identify Potential Vendors: Identify potential vendors and create new business opportunities, following up on them to drive growth.

  • Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets and expand market reach.

  • Product Knowledge: Possess a basic understanding of IT products to effectively convey information to vendors.

  • Vendor Training and Support: Provide training, support, and follow-up to vendors to help them sell products effectively.

  • Sales Reporting: Prepare regular sales reports and analyze trends to track performance.


Qualifications:

  • Experience: Relevant experience in sales, preferably in a B2B environment or with vendors.

  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Negotiation Skills: Strong negotiation skills and the ability to close deals.
