Responsibilities:
- Develop a driver communications strategy that is consistent, thoughtful, and promotes
behavior we are trying to incentivize - Enhanced Driver Brand Loyalty: Create an environment on social channels where drivers feel
valued and part of a community, leading to increased driver emotional engagement - Use social media as a tool to attract new drivers by showcasing the benefits and positive
experiences of the existing driver community - Educational Content Delivery: Ensure that drivers are well-informed about new features,
policies, best practices, and safety protocols through engaging and easy-to-digest content - Feedback Loop Creation: Establish a two-way communication channel where drivers can
share feedback, which in turn informs company policies and feature updates - Community Building: Foster a sense of community among drivers by highlighting their
stories, achievements, and contributions to the service - Utilize new channels for courier expansion and lead generation campaigns
- Brand Advocacy: Encourage and cultivate brand advocates out of drivers, who will share their positive experiences and thereby enhance the company’s reputation.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Creative thinking and analytical abilities
- Content Creation
- Familiarity with training methods, tools, and techniques
- Familiar with Google Analytics, and Social Media Marketing
- Practical experience with Content (Written and Visual content) creation tools
