Junior Content Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

•  Content Development: Create, write, and edit engaging content for our website, blog, social media channels, email campaigns, and other digital platforms related to mental health and psychotherapy.

• Collaboration: Work closely with our marketing, design, and clinical teams to ensure content aligns with our brand values and business goals, promoting our services effectively.

• Research: Conduct thorough research to ensure all content is accurate, relevant, and engaging, providing valuable insights to our audience.

• SEO Optimization: Optimize all content for SEO to improve visibility, drive traffic to our site, and reach those who can benefit from our services.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Content Specialist, Copywriter, or in a similar role, ideally within the mental health or wellness sector.

• Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills, with an ability to convey complex psychological concepts in an accessible manner.

• Excellent understanding of WordPress CMS, with the ability to manage and update content seamlessly.

• Knowledge of SEO best practices and content optimization techniques to enhance online visibility.

• Familiarity with social media platforms and content distribution strategies tailored for the mental health audience.

• Strong research skills and keen attention to detail, ensuring all content is factually accurate and well-founded.

Preferred Qualifications:

·         Educational background in psychology or a related field.

·         Experience working in an Agile environment or certification in Agile methodologies.

·         Knowledge of content marketing strategies within the mental health or wellness industry, and an understanding of lead generation techniques.

·         Familiarity with analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) to track content performance and user engagement.

·         Experience creating educational content, such as online courses or training materials focused on mental health topics.
