Operation Excellency Analyst
The Operational Excellence Analyst is primarily responsible for completing tasks and supporting key initiatives within the Operational Excellence department. The main tasks include: Monitoring All Operation Data and opportunities for process improvements, implementing best practices, and ensuring high Operation Process will be done.
This role requires a strong analytical mindset, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work cross-functionally to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of our Smart operations .
Job Description:
- Analyze current “Smart” Operation processes and workflows to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement.
- Monitor & improvement key performance indicators (KPIs) related to operations Employee.
- Implement and maintain performance dashboards to track and report on key metrics.
- Develop and maintain documentation for standard operating procedures (SOPs) and best practices.
Requirements:
- 1-3 years of experience in e-commerce industry.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and make well-structured reports.
- Ability to use SQL, Python.
- Excellent in Data Analyze Power BI, Meta base and Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Proficiency in using Dashboard Services.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of Excellency process improvement methodologies.
