Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze logistics operations to identify performance trends and areas for improvement.
- Develop and implement performance metrics and KPIs to monitor operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Data, QC, etc) to optimize logistics processes and workflows.
- Utilize data analytics tools to generate insights and recommendations for operational improvements.
- Prepare and present performance reports to senior management.
- Conduct root cause analysis of operational issues develop corrective action plans and translate analysis results into business recommendations.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in logistics and analytics.
- Build strong relationships with key accounts, anticipate customer needs, and execute action plans to exceed expectations and deliver an exceptional experience.
- Proactively monitoring and analyzing delivery operations metrics to ensure adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
- Translating customer’s strategy and priorities into a joint innovation roadmap and building a product development pipeline
- Developing internal and external processes for delivery operations, understanding drivers of low performance, identifying critical operational improvements and defects, scaling those improvements, and monitoring their performance over time
- Ensuring the establishment and strengthening of the relationship with key accounts
Qualifications:
- At least 3 years of experience in operations, logistics, supply chain management, Data analytics, Business Analytics, Business line management or project management.
- Proven experience in business operations and performance analysis.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analytics tools (we are using, Excel, SQL, and Power BI).
- Having strong analytical skills and experience with quantitative data analysis, deep actionable insights, modeling, and advanced test plan design and analysis
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of logistics operations and systems is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are a must, with fluency in both Farsi and English.
- Bring a strategic and analytical mindset to the table, with the ability to envision and execute innovative solutions to complex operational challenges.
