Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Brand Supervisor to oversee the implementation and maintenance of our brand strategy. This role will ensure that all branding efforts align with our company’s vision, resonate with our target audience, and achieve measurable impact. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in brand management, creativity, and the ability to collaborate across departments to drive brand consistency and growth.

Responsibilities:

1. Brand Strategy & Management

  • Assist in developing and executing the overall brand strategy.  
  • Maintain brand guidelines and ensure their consistent application across all channels and touchpoints.  
  • Monitor and enhance brand positioning in the market.  

2. Team Collaboration & Supervision

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams (marketing, sales, and product) to ensure alignment with branding initiatives.  
  • Provide clear feedback and direction to maintain high-quality deliverables.

3. Market Research & Insights

  • Conduct regular competitor analysis and consumer research to identify trends and opportunities.  
  • Monitor brand performance metrics and translate data into actionable recommendations.  
  • Ensure the brand remains relevant and appealing in a fast-changing marketplace.

4. Awareness Campaigns

  • Collaborate with external agencies and vendors as needed.  
  • Manage timelines, budgets, and performance metrics for branding initiatives.

5. Internal Branding & Communication

  • Act as the brand’s ambassador internally, ensuring all employees understand and embody the brand's values.  
  • Lead training sessions to educate teams about brand guidelines and storytelling.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus).  
  • 3-6 years of experience in brand management, marketing, or a similar role.  
  • Strong understanding of branding principles, trends, and consumer behavior.  
  • Excellent leadership, organizational, and project management skills.  
  • Proficiency in digital marketing, content creation, and analytics tools.  
  • Creative mindset with strong communication and presentation skills.  
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
