Job Description
As a member of our growing product design team, you’ll collaborate closely with our fantastic product managers, product designers, and other stakeholders to help shape our world-class platform. You will be responsible for helping define and drive the future of our products. You will reveal what our users need from our products by conducting research, working with cross-functional teams, and performing usability studies. These responsibilities also include inspiring change, delivering verbal and written presentations, evaluating qualitative and quantitative data, and helping the product team better understand what would make a user’s experience more intuitive, accessible, and seamless.
Responsibilities:
- Work closely with the product managers and product designers to identify research objectives.
- Design and execute qualitative or quantitative user research for the defined problem using the right methodology.
- Develop and implement tools and processes to understand users, e.g., surveys, other listening posts, personas, journey mapping…
- Collect, track and analyze customer feedback across all channels and platforms and suggest improvements internally based on the insights gathered
- Extract insights about user behaviors from web instrumentation and analytics tools.
- Translate user insights into actionable recommendations for the product and design team.
- Raising red flags whenever a customer is facing issues along the journey.
- Document and present design research findings and insights to the larger team in a clear and organized fashion on a regular basis.
Job Requirements:
- More than 3 year of UX research or UX Design-related experience.
- Ability to quickly and effectively share research results.
- Ability to perform all research-related tasks including research, planning and evaluating.
- Ability to formulate specific, answerable, and practical questions.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders and act as a strategic partner in product decisions.
- Self-motivated and autonomous.
- Experience with remote testing tools.
- A strong desire for creative problem-solving with a positive attitude.
- Excellent time-management skills.
