About the Role:
The Technical Talent Acquisition Coordinator plays a specialized role, focusing on tasks like scheduling, reporting, data gathering or onboarding, depending on the team’s needs. This person directly reports to HR Business Partner or Recruitment Lead, who works closely with specific departments on talent acquisition needs.

Responsibilities:

  • Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Provide support to recruiters and recruitment managers throughout the hiring process.
  • Assist with the onboarding of new hires.
  • Update and maintain the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Stay informed about hiring best practices and industry trends.

Requirements:

  • Strong communication skills for interacting with candidates, hiring managers, and team members.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to build relationships within the team and with candidates.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with HR teams, hiring managers, and other stakeholders.
  • Resourcefulness and problem-solving skills to address challenges in the recruitment process.
  • Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and online job boards for recruitment.
  • Basic technical skills: Competence with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and other standard office tools.
  • Strong time management skills to meet hiring deadlines and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Attention to detail for accurate data entry and maintaining candidate records.
  • Proficiency in English is an asset.
