Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Business Developer to join our team at Smilinno. As a Senior Business Developer, you will be responsible for driving growth by identifying new business opportunities, building strategic partnerships, and expanding our client base. You will play a key role in promoting Smilinno's innovative AI solutions, including our AI customer service chatbot Hamhoush and our voice assistant Zigap. This position requires a proactive and strategic thinker who can generate leads, manage relationships, and contribute to the company's revenue goals.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Sales:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the AI and technology space
Develop and execute strategies to acquire new clients and partners.
Conduct market research to understand trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
Generate leads through various channels and manage the sales pipeline to achieve revenue targets.
Client & Partner Management:
Establish and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, partners, and key stakeholders.
Understand client needs and customize AI solutions to meet business objectives.
Negotiate and close deals, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.
Strategy & Planning:
Develop and implement business development strategies that align with Smilinno’s overall business goals.
Work closely with the product and marketing teams to align business development activities with product offerings.
Analyze business performance, generate reports, and provide recommendations for improvement.
Product Promotion:
Promote Smilinno's AI solutions, including Hamhoush and Zigap, to potential clients and partners.
Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and demos to showcase the value of Smilinno’s offerings.
Represent Smilinno at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to enhance brand visibility.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Technology, or a related field (Master's preferred).
5+ years of experience in business development, sales, or a similar role, preferably in the technology or AI sector.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and growing business relationships.
Strong understanding of AI technologies, trends, and applications in various industries.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and in a team, with a proactive and self-motivated approach.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Skills:
Experience with AI-powered solutions, customer service chatbots, or voice assistants.
Familiarity with the Iranian technology market and business culture.
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Fluent in Persian and English.
