About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to support the marketing team of our super app. This pivotal role requires a proactive approach and close collaboration with the digital, SEO, and campaign sub-teams to ensure the seamless and timely execution of marketing projects. Additionally, it involves managing cross-functional communication and overseeing the team’s contracts and expenses. The ideal candidate will possess strong project management skills, effective communication abilities, and a solid background in data-driven reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Stakeholder Communication and Coordination involves establishing and managing effective communication with internal teams to facilitate and coordinate project progress while ensuring prompt responses to marketing needs.
- Supporting On-Time Execution of Marketing Projects requires managing and tracking the timely execution of marketing team projects to align with the organisation’s broader objectives.
- Invoice and Expense Management includes carefully reviewing marketing invoices, coordinating with the finance team for payments, and archiving analytical reports on expenses and ROI.
- Marketing Legal Contract Management entails supervising and tracking the progress of marketing contracts, coordinating with the legal team to ensure compliance with standards, and keeping stakeholders informed about the contract process status.
- Optimizing Marketing Team Processes involves assessing internal marketing processes, benchmarking against best practices, and proposing optimizations to enhance efficiency and operational quality.
Qualifications:
- Education requires a bachelor’s degree from a top-tier university in a relevant field.
- Work Experience includes a minimum of 2 years as a Marketing Coordinator or Project Manager, with a proven track record in cross-functional collaboration and managing complex projects.
- Technical Skills involve proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint, for data analysis and reporting.
- Organisational Skills demand high attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously.
- Communication Skills encompass excellent interpersonal and team communication abilities, with fluency in English for clear written and verbal communication.
