Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities:
To follow legal issues related to Lease contracts with landlords and check that they align with legally stated rules and requirements.
To collaborate with the BTS Property Projects team to resolve any raised issues regarding property damages, landlord complaints, renewals contracts, etc.
To track and follow up payments to Land Lords with related internal teams to ensure they are being paid promptly.
To track and coordinate renewal of lease and ensure to assign not renewed lease to relocation within defined timelines. To update the application and all site reports and related share folders daily for new sites and renewed leases to keep the information updated. To prepare site list for renewal for sending to the Leased BTS Property Team Leader in the expected time.
To update the new site list sent from the lease contract team in the payment application and proceed with the payment procedure.
To track exceptional committee-raised issues to avoid any delay in payments or outages.
To check and ensure the validity of renewal contract terms and monitor the clause and ownership documents through related departments such as Legal
To follow up on the renewal contract process with internal renewal resources as well as related vendors and track landlord issues with the legal team.
To participate in visiting Company sites by relevant regulatory (e.g., Municipality, NAJA, Shahr co., etc.) bodies to obtain necessary clearance along with the Liaison and Network Operation team.
To update the Company Contract Management application (and follow up for new system implementation) for renewal sites.
To provide on-time feedback to Property owners on raised issues or assist them in correcting means for getting feedback.
To provide correct information such as contract details, property price, and any other input to the Property Committee for accurate decision-making regarding renewal/termination.
 
Job Requirements:
BSc in Project Management/Engineering or any other related field
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in an area of specialization; with experience in supervising others
Experience working in a medium to large organization
