Roles & Responsibilities
• To support the manager in the various meetings with 3rd parties and partners also prepare and provide related meetings information and reports as per manager request and assignment.
• To develop productive and professional relationships with MTNIrancell B2B key Strategic partners (sales channel partners and solution development partners) and customers considering the benefits and strategy of the MTNIrancell B2B Brand.
• To support the manager in developing and implementing B2B partnership processes and procedures in line with MTNIrancell policies and requirements.
• To develop and maintain a performance management framework for B2B partnerships to ensure all performance objectives and partners’ expectations are met.
• To collaborate with EB Solution development, EB Sales team, and key partners to understand, assess, and clarify the requirements and actively participate in the end-to-end process of new partnership acquisition including prospecting, qualifying, and contract negotiation, obtaining the required internal and external approvals.
• To proactively coordinate a joint partner planning process that develops mutual performance objectives, financial targets, and critical milestones associated with a productive partner relationship.
• To work closely with EB internal teams to evaluate MTNIrancell’s B2B Partners (including sales and solution partners) and monitor Irancell’s commitments to ensure compliance of all parties to the contract and related SLAs.
• To research and benchmark the global partnership models and collaborate with Legal in developing the contractual framework with strategic partners.
• To coordinate solution development efforts that best address end-user needs by ensuring the active involvement of all necessary company and partner teams.
• To promote partnerships with 3rd party companies to implement proper initiatives to ensure the delivery, execution, and support of current corporate sales channels and explore the market for increasing the customer base.
• To monitor potential partners continuously in the strategic field of interest for EB with the cooperation of other related departments.
• To prepare reports and dashboards on the framework, KPIs, and contracts of EB partnerships and present these statistics to the management for further decision-making.
Education
• Bachelor's Degree in Commerce (Financial/ Marketing/ Communication) or related
Experience
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in the area of specialization; with experience in supervising others
• Experience working in a medium organization
• Experience in building business and marketing plans with partners
