Supply Chain Planning & Analytic Manager

Roles & Responsibilities

•To develop and maintain demand and supply plans, incorporating inputs from sales, marketing, and operations teams.
•To analyze supply chain performance data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement.
•To utilize advanced analytics and data visualization tools to support decision-making and drive supply chain performance improvements.
•To collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement inventory management strategies, optimizing inventory levels across the supply chain network.
•To monitor and evaluate supplier performance, addressing any issues and fostering continuous improvement.
•To lead and mentor a team of supply chain planning and analytics professionals, providing guidance and promoting a culture of collaboration and innovation.
•To develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure alignment and successful implementation of supply chain initiatives.
•To create and maintain supply chain performance dashboards, presenting insights and recommendations to senior management.
•To implement and maintain supply chain planning tools and systems, ensuring alignment with industry best practices and emerging technologies.

Job Requirements

Education
•Bachelor degree in Logistic or related, MBA / Masters Advantageous

Experience
•Manager track record of 5 years or more; with at least 3 years in relevant sector/ industry 
•Worked across diverse cultures and geographies advantageous
