- Customer promotion plan and calendars for all channels
- Designing , monitoring & evaluating sales team incentive plan according the strategy (coverage / volume )
- Working with the principals to finalize the target ,budgets create yearly and quarterly plans
- Working with sales team to execute plans and campaigns
- Working with the Supply chain to make sure the availability of the stock
- Negotiate with key accounts stores in order to use the market potential trough having good contracts
- Tracking competitors’ activities and suggesting the effective plans
- Explore new opportunities from regular field visits and trade drives follow up on all branches / Sub distributors
- Develop projects to utilize potential growth in Speed's coverage area
- Ensure pre and post campaign ROI
- Maintain and monitor trade marketing spends
