Job description:

• Monitoring and maintenance and network    
• Continuous monitoring of system performance
• Analysis and analysis of service reports and database records
• Identification and diagnosis of system errors   
• Identification and diagnosis of the network   
• Regular reporting of the status of services and transactions

Required skills:
• Proficient in monitoring software such as Zabbix, Grafana and Kibana  
• Complete familiarity with the network and service    
• Familiarity with Linux agent (LPIC-1)    
• Familiarity with Elasticsearch or Splunk    
• Familiarity with the database    
• Entry analysis work experience    
• Familiarity with the ITIL standard   
• Familiarity with web service performance and understanding of its standards and architectures    
• Familiarity with API and API Gateway and ESB concepts   
• Incident management process    
• Understanding the change management process    
• Experience working with Ticketing systems
• Ability to configure monitoring tools and create dashboards
