About the role:

We are seeking a Campaign Manager to spearhead impactful marketing campaigns that drive app growth, driver retention, and acquisition. In this role, you will craft data-driven strategies aligned with market insights, oversee multi-channel campaign execution, and mentor a talented team of marketing specialists. By managing budgets, timelines, and KPIs, you’ll ensure campaigns deliver measurable success.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute end-to-end marketing campaigns to achieve business objectives such as increasing app downloads, driver retention and acquisition .
  • Align campaign strategies with market insights, competitor analysis, and industry trends.
  • Set clear KPIs and performance goals for all campaigns.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of marketing specialists, ensuring alignment with the company’s vision and goals.
  •  Provide guidance on creative direction, messaging, and branding.
  •  Coordinate with cross-functional teams (e.g., product, analytics, design, and sales) to ensure cohesive campaign execution.
  •  Oversee the creation of marketing assets, including digital ads, social media content, and on-ground activations.
  •  Manage campaign timelines, budgets, and resources effectively.
  •  Analyze campaign performance data to identify successes, areas for improvement, and ROI.
  •  Optimize campaigns based on insights to maximize effectiveness.
  •  Present performance reports and recommendations to stakeholders.
  •  Work on initiatives that enhance customer and driver loyalty, such as incentive programs, promotions, and community engagement campaigns.
  •  Collaborate with product teams to implement feedback into customer and driver experiences.
  •  Stay updated on ride-hailing industry trends, customer behavior, and emerging technologies.
  •  Use insights to shape strategies that keep the brand competitive and relevant.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
  • 5+ years of experience in marketing.
  • Proven experience in planning and executing high-impact campaigns across digital and traditional channels.
  • Strong understanding of performance marketing, customer lifecycle, and retention strategies.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Exceptional communication and project management skills.
