Job Description

Job Summary:

The team acts as a liaison between the growth team and ventures within the holding company. The PIC is responsible for monitoring venture performance, implementing growth initiatives, and resolving conflicts, ensuring strategic alignment and achieving business KPIs.

Responsibilities:

 - Performance Management:

Monitor and analyze the performance of assigned ventures, ensuring alignment with business KPIs.

Provide actionable insights through dashboards, reports, and performance reviews.

Conduct regular check-ins with venture leadership to track progress and address concerns.

- Business Analysis:

Conduct deep-dive analyses on customers, sellers, churn, retention, sales trends, and other critical business metrics.

Identify opportunities for optimization and growth based on data insights.

- Conflict Resolution and Synergies:

Address and resolve cross-business conflicts with a problem-solving mindset.

Identify and leverage synergies between ventures to drive efficiency and shared growth.

- Strategic Decision Support:

Define business challenges, propose data-driven alternatives, and develop decision-making frameworks.

Monitor the execution of strategic decisions, ensuring effective implementation and transition.

 

Daily Tasks:

Review daily performance reports and KPIs for assigned ventures.

Attend weekly meetings with venture teams and participate in check-in meetings with the growth team.

Implement and oversee growth and strategy initiatives and projects in collaboration with the venture and the growth team.

Address any immediate issues or conflicts, coordinating with relevant stakeholders.

Prepare and submit daily or weekly performance summaries to the Growth Team Lead and venture CEOs.

Analyze data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.

 

Requirements

Experience:

  • 5+ years of experience in a similar role involving growth strategy, performance management, or venture partnerships.
  • Proven track record in managing complex projects and driving growth initiatives.
  • Experience in e-commerce, fintech, or martech industries is highly desirable.

Skills:

  • Strategic Thinking:
    • Ability to think at both macro (strategic) and micro (operational) levels.
    • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Data-Driven Approach:
    • Proficiency in using data to identify trends, opportunities, and actionable insights.
    • Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) and basic analytical tools (e.g., Excel, SQL).
  • Collaboration and Communication:
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to engage with CEOs, cross-functional teams, and stakeholders.
    • Ability to facilitate collaboration across ventures and resolve conflicts effectively.
  • Project Management:
    • Strong project management skills to oversee growth initiatives and cross-venture projects.
    • Knowledge of Agile or similar methodologies is a plus.
  • Industry Knowledge:
    • In-depth understanding of key business metrics (GMV, CAC, LTV, etc.) and industry-specific dynamics (e-commerce, fintech, etc.).
    • Awareness of market trends and emerging opportunities.
  • Adaptability and Resilience:
    • Comfort working in a fast-paced environment with evolving priorities.
    • Ability to manage multiple ventures and conflicting demands
