Job Description
Our mission is to lighten the operational process therefore you will be responsible for analyzing, monitoring, and improving the efficiency and effectiveness of Ship by seller and FBM processes. This role requires a detail-oriented individual with strong analytical skills, a problem-solving mindset, and a passion for continuous improvement.
Main responsibilities
- Respond to tickets from sellers, providing clear and helpful information to solve their Requests and problems.
- Collaborating and following up on issues raised by stakeholders to ensure they are addressed, and actively seeking
- resolutions.
- Monitoring core team KPIs (delay, cancellation, and sales) and providing insightful reports.
- Efficiently handles multiple tasks within set deadlines.
- Work on projects with strong attention to detail and an understanding of business priorities and concerns.
Requirements
- At least Bachelor's degree or higher in Management, Business, Industrial engineering, MBA or related fields
- Able to operate effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Eager to learn new skills and willing to take on new challenges
- Prioritizing and managing tasks efficiently to meet deadlines
- Identifying issues and determining effective solutions.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel, and familiarity with Power BI is a plus.
