Job description:

• Analysis of service logs and database records
• Identification and diagnosis of system errors
• Identification of system bugs
• Investigating and handling the problems of clients and users        
• Regular reporting of the status of services and transactions


Required skills:

• Familiarity with log analysis tools including Elasticsearch
• Experience working with Jira and Trello tools
• Getting to know the Confluence tool
• Familiarity with database concepts      
• Getting to know the Microservice structure    
• Familiarity with web service performance and understanding of its standards and architectures    
• Familiarity with API and API Gateway concepts
• Getting to know the Postman tool
• Familiarity with VS Code tools
•Familiarity with Linux (LPIC-1)
• Understanding the bug management process     
• Understanding the problem management process    
• Experience working with Ticketing systems
