The Seller Performance Management Specialist will be responsible for communicating with sellers, analysing root causes of issues, providing reports on daily tasks, identifying opportunities for improvement, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. The specialist will play a crucial role in enhancing the Cancellation and Delay process and ensuring the smooth operation of our online retail platform.
Description
1 · Communication with Sellers:
· Communicate with sellers via calls or face-to-face meetings to explain platform rules and expectations.
· Resolve any issues or concerns they may have.
2 · Issue Resolution:
· Perform root cause analysis and follow up on issues raised by sellers.
· Ensure timely and effective resolution.
3 · Improvement and Solutions:
· Identify opportunities for process enhancement.
· Propose solutions to improve the Cancellation and Delay process.
4 · Data Analysis and Visualization:
· Collect, manipulate, and analyze data from various sources.
· Prepare reports and visualizations to communicate findings to stakeholders.
· Identify trends and patterns in data for informed business decisions.
· Provide daily task reports and progress updates related to team initiatives
5 · Collaboration and Stakeholder Engagement:
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop data-driven solutions.
· Identify and communicate with key stakeholders.
6 · Process Assessment and Documentation:
· Assess options for process improvement, including business process modeling.
· Maintain documentation for various projects, processes, and operations.

· Bachelor's degree or higher in Management, Industrial engineering, or related fields
· Ability to effectively communicate and influence key stakeholders to support proposed strategies, process improvements, and operational decisions.
· Resourcefulness and creative problem-solving skills.
· Experience testing and mapping various business processes and protocols.
· Familiarity with industry technology systems to gather data.
· Excellent communication skills.
· Experience in data analysis and working with large amounts of data.
· Knowledge of Python is a plus.
