- Estimate costs and prepare budgets
- Organize workflow to meet specifications and deadlines
- Monitor production to resolve issues
- Supervise and evaluate the performance of production personnel (quality inspectors, workers ,etc.)
- Approve maintenance work, purchasing of equipment ,etc.
- check that the manufacturing process meets all quality standards and health and safety regulations
- ensure that good GMP standards are maintained at all times.
- monitoring productivity and improving this where necessary
- organizing the repair or replacement of damaged or faulty equipment
- collecting data and producing reports
- liaising with other departments and supervising the team members
- Identify risks and opportunities.
- prepare the production site for MOH audits.
- Responsible for assuring compliance to all regulatory requirements
- Perform analytical review, recommend, and implement corrective action for any exception condition.
- Improving OEE & decreasing stoppage
- Mastering the production of solid products, tablets, capsules & liquids & high potent drugs.
- Effective experience in related position
- Full familiarity with Pharmaceutical production process
- Ability to provide appropriate solutions to improve and resolve problems
- Familiarity with GMP Standard
- Familiarity with Project Management
