- Supervision, Coached, Planning, integration, testing and auditing of the TI equipment and its infrastructure within the company Networks by ISO14000 and 9001 standards, and company specifications across all suppliers and regions.
- To plan and oversee the quality of BTS installation/upgrades and commissioning in all regions.
- To plan and oversee quality of Telecom Installation (TI) structures designed, purchased, and maintained in all regions.
- To ensure all quality administrative documentation and databases are completed or updated correctly, accurately, and timorously.
- To ensure policies and procedures are adhered to through ISO 9001, ISO14000 & QMS, and also TI domains’ adherence to the standards and specifications.
- To ensure that the TI procedures and guidelines are written/updated and applicable.
- To ensure the acceptance procedure and process of a high-quality network by supervising the quality planning and identifying priorities based on clusters, towns, or other high-priority project requirements.
- To conduct quality audits and conformance/compliance on TI network equipment installations and also random site inspections based on vendor and contractor build and physical site acceptance schedules, identifying and resolving any issues or defects, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations.
- To ensure successful quality project scope definition and inclusion of quality items.
- To ensure the quality of network-related activities between suppliers and company divisions and resources and also the quality of design, planning, and implementation of all Fiber and TI equipment meets the specifications.
- To improve network performance based on the analysis of the NW QC audit data, and feedback, and provide solutions and designs in TI domains.
- To design, plan, and support the implementation of quality for other TI network installations within allocated switch sites.
- To coordinate all role players involved in remote BSC site and switch site’s builds.
- To provide detailed, accurate monthly and weekly reports of QA activities as required and submit the reports to designated management.
- To schedule regular audits in all regions in TI domains, following with data collection, and analysis, and provide corrective action plans to enhance quality in all TI domains.
- To ensure all TI equipment are designed, produced, and purchased according to the standards and specification which are reflected in the Request For Proposals (RFPs).
- To keep abreast with the latest standards and specifications and ensure QA TI planning team members’ knowledge is also up to date and it is reflected in their job.
- To provide regular training sessions, workshops, and seminars to enhance all stakeholders’ understanding of current standards, best practices, and industry updates.
- To ensure TI shortlist is updated and all data are collected with all detail.
- To provide RFP for new tenders to comply with quality standards
- To oversee document management on the share based on agreed format and responsible to assure all document and searchable database are available for further references.
- To check FPA status and provide a proper database.
- To perform factory visits and provide related reports.
