Job Description

Job Responsibilities 

  • Develop and maintain strong relationship with the vendors, serving them as primary point of contact
  • Monitor and analyze account metrics to track performance and identify growth opportunities 
  • Monitor all daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports to achieve the monthly target
  • Collaborate with internal teams including marketing, product development and operation
  • Stay updated on industry trends and market conditions to anticipate customer needs 
  • Prepare and present regular reports on account performance and growth opportunities 
  • Accountable for the achievement of his/her territory sales volumes and value by category


Requirement Skills

  • Bachelor degree in business administration, marketing or a related field
  • Experience as a Key Account Manager or in a similar role
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills 
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities 
  • Ability to build and maintain strong vendor relationships
  • Proficiency in Microsoft office suite 
  • Knowledge of the H&B industry is a plus
  • E-commerce working experience is a plus
