Job Description

Job Summary:
As a B2B Marketing Business Partner, you will play a pivotal role in driving B2B marketing strategies and execution for a dedicated business line within our fintech company. Collaborating closely with business line stakeholders, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing targeted marketing initiatives that support revenue growth, brand visibility, and customer engagement within the B2B sector. This role is highly strategic and requires a proactive, data-driven approach to deliver effective marketing campaigns that align with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
• Strategic Partnership: Act as the primary marketing partner for the B2B business line, deeply understanding its objectives, competitive landscape, and customer needs.

• Marketing Strategy Development: Design and execute comprehensive B2B marketing strategies and campaigns, aligning with business goals to drive customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth.

• Campaign Management: Plan, implement, and oversee B2B campaigns across various channels, including digital, content, events, and account-based marketing (ABM).

• Content and Collateral Creation: Develop targeted content and sales collateral that effectively communicates the value proposition to prospective and existing clients, ensuring consistency with brand guidelines.

• Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including sales, product, and customer success, to ensure alignment on messaging, goals, and deliverables.

• Market and Competitor Analysis: Conduct regular market research and competitor analysis to stay abreast of industry trends, customer behaviors, and competitive positioning.

• Performance Tracking and Reporting: Measure and analyze campaign effectiveness, using KPIs such as lead generation, conversion rates, and ROI, and adjust strategies based on data insights.

• Budget Management: Manage marketing budgets for campaigns, ensuring resources are allocated efficiently and effectively to maximize impact.

• Brand Advocacy: Champion the company's brand within the B2B sector, ensuring messaging is consistent, relevant, and resonant with the target audience.

Qualifications:
• Experience: 5+ years of experience in B2B marketing, ideally within the fintech or tech sector, with a proven track record of executing successful marketing campaigns.

• Skills:
 - Strong knowledge of B2B marketing strategies, including ABM, content marketing, and digital marketing.
 - Proficient in marketing automation and e-CRM platforms.
 - Excellent project management skills, with the ability to balance multiple projects and deadlines.
 - Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; advanced degree or certifications in marketing is a plus.

• Other: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative mindset and the ability to influence cross-functional teams.

Preferred Skills:
• Experience with fintech or financial services

• Familiarity with regulatory considerations in the fintech space

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
