•Having  atleast one year experience in Meat Category Purchasing is needed
•Knowing Turkish Language is a plus
•Having Bachelor Degree in relared fields

Job Description
•Identify potential suppliers and products with doing market research and store visits
• Track and monitor purchases from ordering to delivery
• Prepare, track and monitor supplier contracts
• Analyze sales reports and evaluate assortment portfolio performance
• Coordinate and attend weekly meetings with the suppliers
• Follow and ensure purchasing department margin, sales, tonnage, wastage, return and other related department budget targets.
• Prepare periodic performance reports
• Work with sales team to develop plans to increase the sales and achieve maximum volume incentives to improve overall profits
• Deal with supplier-based problems as they arise
• By regularly visiting competitor carry out sector analyze
• Forecast price trends and their impact on future activities
• Gathering information relating to the customer reaction to products
