About the Role:
As a data analyst in one of our product teams, you collect, analyze, and present data to help people and organizations make better decisions. You use various tools and techniques to interpret data, identify patterns, and communicate insights. The ideal candidate will need to be a self-learner, comfortable with ambiguity in a fast-paced environment, and able to think big while paying careful attention to detail. 

Responsibilities:

• Extract, audit, and cleanse data required for decision-making.
• Ensure the accuracy and quality of data on the data platform
• Conducting deep-diving data analysis for business insights and recommendations.
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation based on findings to present to stakeholders.
• Designing and developing metrics, midtables, and dashboards, to improve performance, reduce costs, or make key business decisions.
• Running exploratory data analysis with statistical methodology and creating data models.
• Research, find, and adopt new tools or packages to improve data processes.
• Continuous improvement in data analysis agility

Requirements:

• Minimum +4 years of data analyzing and related experience
• Excellent knowledge of SQL, PySpark, and Excel
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Presentation and written communication skills, especially in data visualization and storytelling
• Familiarity or Fluency in Stata / Python/ Tableau is a plus.
• Experience in Platform / Cloud products is a plus.
