Responsibilities:
• Create and implement a robust marketing plan that aligns with company goals.
• Define key objectives, target audiences, and positioning strategies.
• Build and strengthen the company’s brand awareness.
• Plan, create, and manage impactful marketing and advertising campaigns.
• Leverage digital platforms, including SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing, to maximize reach and engagement.
• Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify opportunities.
• Provide actionable insights to refine marketing strategies.
• Oversee the end-to-end execution of marketing initiatives.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external agencies to ensure timely delivery of projects.
• Lead, mentor, and develop the marketing team.
• Foster a collaborative and innovative work environment.
• Track expenses and ensure optimal allocation of resources for maximum ROI.
• Provide regular performance reports and recommendations for improvement.
Requirements:
• 8- 10 years of management or leadership experience.
• Master's Degree, preferably in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or other related field.
• Strong knowledge of marketing concepts including demand generation, customer engagement, brand and communications, marketing sciences and digital and social strategies.
• Strong business-to-business acumen and appetence for numbers.
• Strong written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills.
