We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Trade Marketing Supervisor to join our dynamic team and play a crucial role in driving the growth and adoption of our B2B e-commerce platform. Your primary focus will be on supervising TMR teams, both internal and external with main objective of increasing registration and activation rate. Additionally, you will be responsible for maximizing field team visit efficiency by monitoring, controlling and scanning route plans in all active cities. This role drives all executive tasks related to shopper marketing activities at point of sales and is responsible for negotiations and contracts with agencies and customers.
Main Responsibilities:
Team Management and Monitoring
- To plan weekly visit of all teams based on different route plans.
- Monitoring field forces on a daily basis and prepare daily reports on successful visits.
- Training and on boarding newly joined team members or agencies.
- Routine market visit of Tehran and other provinces and prepare market visit plan based on visit objectives.
- Responsible for TMR team commission model and calculation on a monthly basis.
- Define monthly priorities for different TMR teams align with TMM plans.
- Regular performance evaluation session with TMR team in order to communicated targets and achievements.
Communications
- Responsible for communication of marketing campaigns or seasonal activities with TMR team.
- Responsible to inform CRM and Tech team on tech issues or registration flow.
- Communication with BTL agencies for acquisition, activation and shopper marketing projects.
Active users’ development
- Prepare activation plans for registered users and execution through TMR team.
- Achieve monthly GMV target of registered users.
- Classification of VIP customers and routine visit to address their needs.
- Generate AOV growth of active customers during MKT campaigns.
Shopper Marketing
- Negotiate with retailers for in store brandings contracts.
- Follow up execution of POS with BTL agencies.
- Generate insight from routine market visit for new branding solutions.
Monthly Routines
- Prepare successful call reports on weekly basis for TMM.
- Communicate daily achievements of all teams on a daily basis.
- Back check data entry of field team for validation.
- Hold monthly sessions with both internal and external teams to review targets/achievements/priorities.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in trade marketing or sales, experience in FMCG industry is a plus.
- Team management experience is a must.
- Familiar with field sales and 10 steps of calls.
- Familiar with trade marketing and shopper marketing basics.
- Good negotiation and communication skills.
- Familiar with FMCG market and different type of customers (Retailers).
- Ability to prioritize and organize workloads independently when required.
- Team player and the ability to manage scattered team on a daily basis.
- Patience and Good Coordination with team work sprit.
- Willingness to learn and develop within the role.
