We are looking for a Social Media Manager (SMM) to join our team. This individual will be responsible for executing social media strategies, creating unique, engaging, and shareable content across social platforms, and developing comprehensive plans for their execution. Effective communication and collaboration with the content production and graphic design teams to create integrated campaigns, manage posts, and engage with followers are other key expectations for the Social Media Manager role.
Responsibilities:
- Create, manage, and publish content, as well as execute and develop campaigns across various platforms (Telegram, X (Twitter), Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube).
- Develop and implement a content calendar (Action Plan).
- Monitor, record data, and provide statistical reports and analysis on campaigns.
- Predict and understand user sentiments on social media platforms.
- Manage advertising campaigns, including budgeting, targeting, and optimization.
- Identify trending topics and gather emerging ideas on social media platforms to produce up-to-date content.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in a related field.
- Proficient in copywriting and creating engaging content for Content Marketing purposes.
- Experience with software like Hootsuite, Instagram Insights, Google Analytics
- Expertise in social media strategies, platform algorithms, and regulations, including effective caption writing and hashtag strategy.
- Proficiency in proper writing standards and respecting publishing rights.
- Creative, curious, and capable of team collaboration.
- In-depth knowledge of SEO, analytics, and content management tools.
- Fluent in English (minimum 70% proficiency).
- Familiarity with blockchain and cryptocurrencies is an advantage
