About the Role:
A Growth Data Analyst plays a crucial role in driving a company’s growth by analyzing data to uncover insights and opportunities for scaling business performance. This role involves collecting, organizing, and interpreting data from various sources, such as marketing campaigns, user behavior, and sales funnels, to identify trends and inefficiencies. Growth Data Analysts work closely with marketing, product, and engineering teams to design experiments, measure key performance indicators (KPIs), and develop strategies for optimizing user acquisition, retention, and revenue. Strong analytical skills, proficiency in tools like SQL, Python, or data visualization platforms, and a deep understanding of growth metrics are essential for success in this role. The ultimate goal is to translate data into actionable strategies that fuel sustainable growth and improve business outcomes.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and optimization of customer journeys using Web Engage, manage incentive strategies, and enhance communications through data-driven insights to boost user engagement.
- Develop and execute incentive programs, including creating and distributing promo codes, to drive user actions and improve campaign effectiveness.
- Use SQL to analyze customer data, create targeted segments, and support personalized communication strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, analytics, and customer support, to ensure alignment of ECRM initiatives with business goals.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of automated marketing campaigns, providing actionable insights to continually improve outcomes.
- Work closely with ventures and stakeholders, translating complex data into insights and ensuring alignment on campaign performance and improvements.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in ECRM, Marketing Automation, or a related field, with a focus on Web Engage and customer journey creation.
- Proficient in SQL for data extraction and manipulation, with the ability to create targeted segments and personalized campaigns.
- Proven track record in managing incentive programs, including the strategic use of promo codes to enhance user engagement.
- Strong analytical mindset, with the ability to interpret data and apply insights to optimize marketing strategies.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a focus on effective collaboration with ventures and internal stakeholders.
- Technical skills in Python and PySpark are a plus.
